Dear Valued Customer,

During this unprecedented time we have new procedures in place to keep you and our employees safe.  Please read below and call or email with any questions:

-Our showroom remains closed to all non-staff members

-Starting immediately we are reducing traffic allowed in our yard to three customer vehicles at a time.

-Our gate will be blocked off and you will be asked to wait in line on No. 5 Rd until directed to enter the yard by a member of our staff.

-Please ensure you have placed your order before arriving!

-You can place your order by phone 604-270-1947 or email info@bcbrick.com

-to reduce wait times we will only be allowing vehicles into the yard who have an order ready to be picked up.

-Please note the lineup does not necessarily indicate the order in which you will be allowed to enter the yard.

-Once you have parked in the yard remain in your vehicle at all times.

-Our yard staff will approach your window at a safe distance to see if you need to discuss anything before they begin loading.

-We are not accepting returns at this time.

-We are encouraging you to have material delivered whenever possible.

-This process will inevitably be much slower than you are used to, we ask that you are patient and prepared to wait.

-Our hours have changed to Monday – Friday 7:00-3:30, Closed Saturday and Sunday

We appreciate every one of you and we believe these steps will help ensure your safety.  As is the nature of this virus things are changing daily.  Please continue to check our website for up to date information.  We thank you for your understanding.
